MiniBee Exchange / Return Policy

Returnable items

You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us.

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return

We will not accept any order back if 14 days pass.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items. 

How do I return the order?

Please send an email to  including your order number and reason for return. We will need a phone number to contact you as well.

We will review your request for return and advise if this is approved or if further details are required.

Return costs are at the customer’s expense

Please note we only offers refunds if:

  • The product packaging is unopened
  • The packaging is in a re-sellable condition
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of your order

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5- 10 working days 

Faulty, Damaged or Missing Orders 

  • We’re sorry to hear your item is faulty or damaged, or by mistake you have received an incorrect item or items are missing from your order, we will be on hand to assist you as soon as possible. We will require some more information to ensure we can rectify queries as soon as possible.
  • Please report any incidences of damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • We check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
  • Packaging from damaged items during transit will need to be kept or photographed as proof of damage in transit to support customer claim.
  • If an item has been omitted in error, we will check our stocks and send any such missing item on immediately. Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you have received the incorrect item, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation for you as quickly as we can, however regretfully, we cannot accept any goods, even those sent to you in error, if they have been worn/washed and that are not in a resell-able condition or not in their original packaging.
  • We will cover the costs of return and replacement of any items found to be faulty or damaged or that has been sent in error

Gift Return
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value to be used for other products on our website. Please note that gift returns cannot be exchanged for money but only for other products on our website

Return Instructions
1. Email us at  stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. Please let us know if the item was a gift.
2. Once your email is received and your return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products.
3. Free Returns: There is no return fee involved. Instructions on returns will be provided in the email.

We will refund the amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift Return.

If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative, please follow the Refund Instructions outlined above. We will process your refund and you can complete a new order online for your new items.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Furniture and other heavy items; unless faulty
